Our certified, professional coaches will cover the mountain biking fundamentals:
- bike set-up and safety check
- balance and body position
- effective gearing and braking
- climbing and descending techniques
- cornering
- wheel lifts
We will have lots of demonstrations and time for you to practice these skills before we hit some great beginner and intermediate level trails to put your rad new skills in action!
Our encouraging coaches will help you discover the joy of mountain biking. You will work on the fundamental skills of balance and body position, effective gearing and braking, climbing, descending, cornering, and front wheel lifts.
