We are able to offer limited registration for summer camps, programs and lessons in Collingwood and Thornbury, 2020. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 we are unable to offer our Learn To Ride Program. However, all of our other programs and camps are able to run with modified curriculum, small groups, and physical distancing measures.
NOTE: If you have a gift certificate from a silent auction, or a credit, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Now is the time to register for summer camps for 2020!
It's easy to join! And you'd be surprised at the minimal investment! For most of our programs, your child just needs a bike, helmet, water and a snack (lunch if it's a summer camp).
The following bike stores offer discounts when you mention your child is enrolled in a Rad Adventures Program: Kamikaze, Little Ed's and Squire John's.
We teach the youth how to have fun on their bikes! We build their confidence, skills and athletic levels through the pure joy of riding their bikes.
We teach: proper riding techniques, trail etiquette, basic mechanic skills (how to fix a flat tire, etc), use of equipment, road and trail safety, nature and forest values, and that mountain biking is a sport that will keep them healthy, happy and strong their entire lives. Our focus is on the joy and thrill of riding, in a fun, supportive and safe environment.
Our Collingwood location is at Bygone Days Heritage Village at 879 Sixth Street (west of Fisher Field---look for signage). Our Wasaga Beach location is at Oakview Park at 1724 Mosley Street beside the Recplex. Our Thornbury location is 91 Duncan Street and Clendennan Dam. We also offer advanced programs at Three Stage.
