OUR COACHES

Rohan Mehta

Rohan Mehta is a RAD Adventures mountain bike coach. He competes in cross country, cyclocross and enduro bike races. Having participated in his first bike race 12 years ago, he has developed a huge passion for the sport over the years. He lives in Collingwood and is currently in Grade 12. Next year, Rohan will be heading to UBC Okanagan to study Computer Science.

Last summer, Rohan noticed a problem. Riders with improper footwear had issues with injuries and struggles in progression. Shoes are the most important contact point on a bike for proper stability, control and power.Rohan spent time brainstorming and came up with the idea of C6 insoles. They add structure and support to any shoe through a carbon fiber plate lining the bottom of the insole. The name C6 - C stands for Carbon which has an atomic number of 6. He designed and developed the product, and it is currently available through the C6 website. He is confident the insoles will help cyclists’ safety and enable them to have more fun!

Zoe MacCulloch

Hi, I am Zoe MacCulloch. This will be my fourth year with RAD Adventures as a coach! I am a student at Queen’s University, but will be graduating in May this year and moving on to teachers college.

In my time at Queen’s I was on the cross-country and track team in 2018-19 and joined the cycling team this past year. I have my First Aid and Bronze Cross certification and I am a Level One ski instructor.

Andrew Chisholm

Andrew Chisholm has been a RAD mountain bike coach since 2019 and has been loving it ever since. He brings his passion for mountain biking, and multi-sport coaching experience with him every time he’s on the bike.

Andrew’s biggest love on the bike is down hilling, something he encourages all his students to learn.

As a Collingwood resident, you’re likely to catch Andrew riding around three-stage or Kolapore Uplands. Next year, Andrew will be studying Mathematical Physics at the University of Waterloo.

Andrew has his NCCP community coaching certification, standard first aid and national lifeguard certification.
