Refund policy

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

We recognize that sometimes plans change and you must withdraw your child from camp. Cancellations or changes in registrations must be made in writing and are subject to the following:

• Before April 15th – A refund will be granted less $75.00 Admin Fee per week of day camp.
• April 15th to May 31st – A refund will be granted $150.00 per week of day camp booked.
• After June 1st – Cancellations after this date will result in complete forfeiture of camp fees (all payments are non-refundable, but can be transferable to friends and family).
• No refund, reduction of fees or credit will be granted for late arrival, early departure, withdrawal, or dismissal.
• We will do our best to accommodate requests for changes in weeks, but are subject to availability and must be requested a minimum of 2-weeks in advance of the current booking date. If we are unable to accommodate the change, no refunds or credits will be provided.

MEDICAL CANCELLATION POLICY:

All campers are subject to the above policies; however, considerations will be made in the event of an unavoidable medical cancellation. Should you need to cancel your registration on medical grounds we ask that you provide a signed medical note from your Doctor and that you contact the Camp Administrator directly to discuss the cancellation.

In a case of major illness, injury, or serious family situation while at camp, credits will be provided minus administrative fees and the days spent at camp.

PAYMENT PLAN:

Payment plans are available with credit card and e-transfers payments.

• 50% of the fees are due at time of registration. 
• 25% is due by April 1, 2026
• The remaining balance (25%) is due by May 15, 2026.

Payments are required by their due date to hold your registration. If fees are not paid in full, your registration at camp and any payments made will be forfeited. Credit cards will be charged automatically on the payment due date.
